Biography
Accomplished attorney with over 25 years of experience. I have a strong background in the following fields:
1) Family law - represent interested parties in custody, visitation and child support cases and perform as a guardian as litem for children in abuse/neglect cases and custody/visitation cases;
2) Incapacitated adults - file petitions for guardianship and conservatorship and perform duties as an adult guardian ad litem in guardianship and conservatorship hearings;
3) Estate planning - draft wills, financial and medical power of attorneys and living wills;
4) Mediation - mediate divorce, custody, visitation and child support issues; and
5) Adoption - represent adoptive parents by filing petitions and finalizing the adoption.
