Aileen F. Lang's practice includes family law as well as other civil litigation. She represents parties in complex custody and visitation cases, child support cases and divorces which include contested property issues and spousal support. She represents parties seeking to enforce and modify orders concerning custody and support. In addition to being experienced in the court room, Ms. Lang is very effective at negotiating settlements that are fair to the parties and families she represents.

Ms. Lang serves the area courts as a certified Guardian ad litem for children. She has been appointed by courts in Caroline, Henrico, Chesterfield and Hanover Counties to represent the interests of children in cases involving abuse, neglect and contested custody and visitation.

Ms. Lang is a native Richmonder and former Kindergarten teacher which experience gives her a special ability to relate to the children she is asked to represent as a Guardian ad litem. She is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington and the T.C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond. She was been admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2000.
